Pin Code Locker Access

Secure locker access with a PIN code instead of keys.

Smarte Locke 3000 Series electronic lockers are keyless and utilize a computer-generated or user-generated PIN code for locker access.

Computer Generated PIN Code

  • Customers use a touch-screen interface at the locker rental station to rent a locker.
  • Customers can pay for locker rental using cash or credit card.
  • The onboard computer generates a unique PIN code, assigns and opens a locker.
  • The customer receives a printed ticket with locker number and PIN code.
  • The locker number and PIN code are entered at the rental station to reopen the locker.
  • The computer-generated PIN code system can be operated in single or multiple entry.

User Generated PIN Code

The user-generated PIN Code system is recommended only for applications where a ticket is not desirable.

  • Customers use a touch-screen interface at the locker rental station to rent a locker.
  • The customer can pay for locker rental using cash or credit card.
  • The customer creates a secret PIN code and the system assigns and opens a locker.
  • The customer either receives a printed ticket with just their locker number or no ticket is dispensed.
  • The customer enters their locker number and secret PIN code at the rental station to reopen the locker.
  • The user-generated PIN code system is typically used only in the multiple entry mode.
