Concession Program
A concession program (revenue share) means Smarte Carte owns the stroller equipment, installs it, collects the revenue and shares a percentage of the revenue with the property.
Smarte Wheels and Outlet Shopper
Stroller Management Units with Smarte Wheels strollers or Outlet Shopper carts are available only as a full-service concession program. With a Smarte Wheels concession, Smarte Carte provides the strollers or shopping carts plus the management units to your center at no charge. We own the equipment, provide all repair, parts and service, perform cash management and conduct periodic audits.
The Smarte Wheels concession program is targeted to properties of 550,000 GLA or greater, with corresponding traffic levels.
