International travelers arriving at airports where Smarte Carte provides a rental cart service are enjoying the added attention and personal service of our Ambassador program.

At peak periods during the day or night, our specially trained multi-lingual Ambassadors are stationed near the busiest cart management units in the airport’s international arrivals areas to assist travelers with vending carts, giving directions, making change, and acting as Ambassadors for Smarte Carte and the airport.
