A unique MOS plan is created for each airport through detailed analysis of loose cart distribution, historical usage data and current usage trends, providing an accurate forecast of usage and required labor by day and by hour, allowing the Smarte Carte location manager to accurately plan and adjust labor schedules to provide optimum service.
