Bar Code Locker Access
Eliminate keys and simplify service with bar code technology
The Smarte Locke 1000 single entry locker system with bar code access provides secure temporary storage for amusement park guests while enjoying rides that don’t allow loose items. Riders rent a locker for a nominal fee and receive a printed bar code ticket that is scanned to retrieve items when the ride has ended.
Bar Code – Paid Locker Access
- Customers purchase a token from a locker token dispenser.
- A token is deposited at the access station and a locker is assigned and opened.
- The customer receives a printed ticket with a bar code and/or 10-digit access code.
- The bar code is scanned at the access station to reopen the locker.
- The paid bar code system can be operated in single or multiple entry.
- Lockers are reset daily.
- Token dispensers accept bills; and in special cases bills and credit cards.
Bar Code – Complimentary Locker Access
- The complimentary bar code system allows single entry locker use without payment.
- The user pushes a button at the access station and a locker is assigned and opened.
- The user receives a printed ticket with a bar code and/or 10-digit access code.
- The bar code is scanned at the access station to reopen the locker.
